Culture change is coming to Ridgeview!! We are again working with Quality Insights of Pennsylvania to improve the lives of our residents by participating in a concept of living called "Culture Change". Soon you will notice that things are different within the facility with areas called "Neighborhoods" popping up in each hallway. Residents will be more actively involved in the function of everyday life within these neighborhoods. They will be making many of the decisions including meals, decorations, activities, etc. You will see a more homelike atmosphere that will make each resident more comfortable at our facility.

Being a more homelike facility is not a new concept for us. We have been going away from the "Institutional" looking atmosphere for several years. This is just a way to improve on what we have already accomplished. We are very proud when our residents and their families refer to our facility as "home". It proves to us that we are doing the right thing.
